Ray, a city kid from the wrong side of the tracks meets Elizabeth, a person of privilege. Bitter and vengeful, Ray enlists other victims of legal indifference or limitations, and the grieving relatives form THE JUSTICE CLUB, a group that circumvents the judicial system acting as judge, jury and executioner for unpunished crimes against children. Just as Ray is finally about to lay his ghosts to rest, fate has yet another hand to deal.
