Dealing with lingering memories that filter into her mind from the temporary bodies she uses is bad enough, but then her employer tries to sell her body outright to an influential renter. As Sarah struggles to find a way to escape with body and soul intact before ending up as the ultimate orphan, she discovers that body renting is only a cover for more sinister activities taking place in the company's top secret vault.
