This story is based on my experience of caring for Mr. Emanuel Jones with type 2 diabetes mellitus, but will include other research material from library base material, internet and other sources. I will refer to him as Mr. E. Mr. E suffers from type 2 diabetes. He has had this disease for over 13 years.
