Transitions: a Spiritual Evolution Nathaniel

In Transitions, author Richard D. Riddle Sr. discusses the experiences of his life. As he explains, in the past, he did not understand what happened and why things happened when they occurred; he simply experienced them. Today, he looks back and reflects on all that has happened in his life and, with a critical eye and heart, digs deep within to see if there was something more significant to his journey. With just a shift in perspective, even he was surprised by what he discovered. Transitions is not a "how-to" manual. There is no way that any one person could begin to tell you how to live your life or suggest that you should do what he has done; indeed, doing so would suggest that someone else has a much more elaborate plan for your life than he or she has for his or her own. Instead, Riddle writes about his own life and experiences, hoping that this will inspire you to want to further investigate your own life and destiny. Like the symbol on the cover of this book, the stories included within have many parts: the stories of his youth, as well as discussions with his spiritual advisor, his angelic advisors, and his son. Each of these experiences stands on their own as valuable teaching opportunities in his life, but when viewed as a whole, they form something far more significant: a journey of the spirit.
