Artsy Fartsy Charlie

Charlie, Mark and Arnold are 50 something retirees, well 2 retirees and 1 never worked, who tour around Holmton Minnesota and get into trouble. Charlie is in love with his neighbor and Arnold comes up with a couple of schemes to help him. First a bicycle race, which was originated as a ruse, then try his hand at being an artist. Can Charlie find true love? Can he even paint? Who are Dan and Mercedes and why do they want Charlie's painitng?
