The Girl Next Door

In this 45 pages long fantasy romance story, Todd falls for the beautiful girl who moves into the apartment next to him. She's definitely quirky, with a penchant for wearing blue eyeliner and a strange fondness for a little bonsai tree she keeps in her apartment. Todd yearns to speak to her, to ask her out, and to find out the reason for all her quirks. He even writes a poem about her:
