The Art of Shepherding Shepherds

"He will feed His flocks like a shepherd; He will gather the lamb with His arm, And carry them into his bosom, And gently lead those who are with young". ISAIAH 40:3 The reason for writing this manuscript, is that there are few shepherds who understand very well the responsibility of shepherds. The aim of this book is to enlighten those who call themselves pastors or shepherds and those who lead congregations, to arise and do the work they have been assigned to do with an understanding of what they are letting themselves into.
