Legacy and Life

A Jewish Family history from 1494. After 300 years prospering in Germany the authors family emigrated to England and six years later to the US. After less than three years in high school and college Ralph, 18, was in the army first in training then briefly in combat in Germany and later in occupation. Returning to complete his engineering degree I started a career first in engineering progressing to engineering management. In 1960 I met, wood and married Janice Phillips We enjoyed a growing family and active social life while my career progressed to management. The last 23 years as a Senior Vice President of Avery Dennison. Conclusions present what I have learned which may still be useful in the 21st century
