There is nothing the devil fears and hates more than believers who are in unity. The powers of darkness despise a unified church and will stop at nothing to block Christians from coming together. In the book of Matthew 18:19, Jesus stated "That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven." Basically Jesus is saying we can receive anything in prayer when the Church is in unity.
