This is the second book in our Restaurant Owners Uncorked series. We are fortunate at Schedulefly that over 7,000 independent restaurants are our customers because it gives us access to so many amazing restaurant owners, and we love telling as many of their stories as we can. Twenty-one of them are featured in this book. All of them are very busy people, and were kind to offer their time to speak with us. They are not celebrity chefs and famous people.
