SHEPHERD OF THE VALLEY - LCMS In 1988 the Saint Croix River Valley was ready for a new Biblically conservative church. Circuit 3 of the North Wisconsin District LCMS sent in Pastors and church workers to establish a church. It was known as the. "OSCEOLA MISSION" On September 11, 1991 it was designated as "Shepherd of the Valley Mission Church. On September 11, 1993 it adopted a constitution and became a full member in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. "SHEPERD OF THE VALLEY, LCMS" This is the story of Shepherd of the Valley as told by members.
