Forced into retirement by the CIA, Alain Dembray and Kurth von Stiegel concoct a scheme to get their pulses racing again. With their training as operations officers and the hire of a couple of specialists, they manage to pull off an operation that tests their mettle. The tale of their escapade takes place across the US, Europe and in the Middle East. All hell ensues when Saddam Hussein, the victim of their plan, gets wind of the results.
