Luciana "Lucy" Piccolo is a reluctant heiress to the
richest Region in the land. More at home dancing in illegal jazz clubs than
drinking high tea with sycophants, Lucy has tried to carve some adventure into
her life of paralyzing privilege. When a mysterious, gorgeous woman whisks Lucy
