Every Christian will go through trials and tribulations. Dark Days and Bright Nights is timeless, transcending age and ethnicity. Kim's poetry is born out of her own personal struggles with faith and family. Each poem reflects the providence of God working in and through the life of a believer. It purposely exalts God while showing the ignorance and sinfulness of man. And without Him, we can do nothing. As Kim exposes her heart with raw emotions, she prays that her poetry will bring hope to the brokenhearted and peace to calm an anxious soul
