Air Warfare

This document focuses on the operational and strategic maneuver aspects of air warfare in theater and global operations. This document does not specifically address military operations other than war (MOOTW), but the doctrinal guidance in this document can be applied to MOOTW where appropriate. Furthermore, this document also does not specifically address airlift, but many portions apply to airlift as part of an overall air operation. Other doctrine documents provide specific guidance on MOOTW and airlift operations. Additional information on Air Warfare may be found in subordinate operational- and tactical-level doctrine.
