English physics student, Samuel Harrington, was picked on his whole life for being "Fat Sam". But when his DiaZem gene awakens, no one dares insult him. Tricked by the New World Council into initiation a mass genocide, Sam vows to end the rising world government for good.

With an unborn baby as the key to returning the DiaZem and Conductor genes to their dormant state, Sam must travel to America under the guise of a secondary uprising, the Reactance, and kidnap the child from rebel leader, Valerie Russell.
