David with the help a female space jockey Kitaracata soon learns to use his mental powers to help the planet Earth move into the space age with their own Space explorer space ship.

Then goes on to help other in the federation, who thought Earth people were a primitive race.

David learns to further advance his mental ability and becomes a major figure in the federation to solve problems' in other Galaxies using his unorthodox ways.
