A science examination of the engineering sciences research operations of Lawrence Livermore National Lab (LLNL) An assessment of over 200 science research programs accomplished by LLNL around 1996; Many of these are still current research programs at the lab. This is the author's Ph. D. dissertation for his Ph. D in the specialty of " Administration and Management of Engineering Sience Operations" . An analysis of the LLNL Strategic planning of science research operations provides a new look at knowledge production. An examination and application of the author's new book and concept titled CONCEPT FUSION, for the purposes or creation and exploding Concept elements and Concept creation as a new level of thinking. The book sites a large volume of references used for his research and dissertation needs.
