A case study on human rights protection for Indonesian Domestic Workers in Malaysia shows how socio-economic factors shape the migration flows, the domestic and international law relates to of migrant workers. Some findings and recommendations in this book are useful to promote the protection of migrant domestic workers. Therefore, this book is useful for socio-legal scholars and human rights activists who interested in critical approach on human rights.
