The Public Library Design: the State of Distraction in Architecture Can Be Created by the Form of the Building Itself

Even though information technology has made an immense development, books have still remained as an important form of document. The importance and necessity to scientifically manage the ever increasing source of knowledge has made a strong emphasis on exploring the field of library on the present situation and perception of space can be seen happening in a state of distraction. The state of distraction in architecture can be created by the form of the building itself. The combination of linear and circular form breaks the monotonous of each other. The breakage of linear form by curve surface and simultaneously the curve surface ending in linear form does create change in the perception of the space. Consolidation of Knowledge is a process. In this process, three aspects play the most vital roles- first the knowledge or the resource of knowledge itself, second the use/exploitation of the resource and third the perception developed in person after the use of the resource or after engulfing knowledge.
