Finance plays a vital role in the administration and Management of any organization. Library as a service organization also needs sufficient finance to perform its routine activities as well as to provide better services to its users. Day by day the prices of information sources are increasing and on the other hand library budgets are decreasing. Hence the researcher felt it necessary to study the financial management of college libraries.
