All living matter exposed to radiation from natural to artificial source. We exposed to natural radiations in many ways as from cosmic rays, which originate in outer space and radioactive materials found in earth upon which we inhabit. During the past seven decade?s use of radiations brought enormous benefits to the society in addition to its hazards. In this book attempt has been made to show the post irradiation effect of infra- red radiations on insulin glycemic balance of Indian palm squirrel, Funambulus pennanti (Wroughton).
