With a troubling past, musician Raymond Joel decides to move his family from Los Angeles, California to Slumberland, Washington. He believes that new scenery and fresh air will put to ease the demons of the past. When his son Shem is kidnapped, Raymond's life begins to spiral out of control. As he desperately tries to put the broken pieces back in order, he uncovers an ancient secret. It is a conspiracy so sinister, the town will do everything in their power to hide it. With each new horrific discovery, Raymond starts to learn that the past is deep and treacherous. As the tide rises, something stirs just beneath the glassy surface.
