A collection of poetry written during and after a period of struggle with mental health. Created in hopes that the exploration of love and loss, weakness and strength, and feeling alone in a world where no one is ever really alone will serve as a reminder that we are only human. You are allowed to feel; to hurt, to thrive, to love, to struggle. Fall, pick yourself up and live your life however you please. Let yourself be human.
