Sambo

This book is a logical continuation of the author's first book "Sambo: the basic throws". It contains the main combinations of throws that were developed by the Soviet Sambo School. Combination wrestling is the next level in mastering the skill of sambo. Masters of sambo often mask their main crown throw with preparatory deceptive throws. In the book, throw combinations are considered from the biomechanics point of view. It is justified why sambo uses namely these throws in combinations. This book is not just a description of the technique, but also the basis of wrestling tactics. The book will be useful for sambo fans, athletes, as well as coaches for organizing the training process.
