These three books of the Holy Bible are known to be part of the Minor Prophets of the Old Testament. Still being inspired by the same God of the Major Prophets (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel), they bring to readers details of the same amazing events of the coming of the Lord. Because of their lesser status, the Minor Prophets are not read as often as the Major Prophets, as well as the rest of the Old Testament. Because they are not read as often, the content is not understood, nor correlated with the events of the Second Coming of Christ accurately. When theologians write commentary on these three books, they group them together with the other books written during their time of authorship. I have put these three books together, because of their eschatological significance, concerning the day of the Lord (Seventieth Week of Daniel) and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Their closely related information is significant to the understanding of the Books of Revelation, Isaiah, Ezekiel and Daniel. I have referenced these other prophetic books, in correlation with Joel, Zephaniah, and Zechariah, for that reason.
