Mystical Incarnation

The Christian goal is to fulfill the desire of Jesus' heart, "I came to cast fire [Spirit] upon the earth," for mystical incarnation into "another Christ, Christ himself." But this transformation into Christ is for the ultimate goal of sharing in His sonship, so that we too can hear the Father's loving words, "You are my Son, the Beloved." The present crisis in the Church appears to arise from a predominant living by the human spirit in the lower Mansions of our souls, such that we fail to ascend the Mystical Mansions for this mystical incarnation to become fully "children in the one Son." Part I begins with the configuration of the baptized into Christ's sonship in three key elements: (i) docility to the Father's calls, (ii) living the pure love of the Father, and (iii) the Father's self-outpouring in Jesus' way of the cross. Part II locates the core of Christ's filial love of the Father at Nazareth; formed by the Holy Spirit as by a loving mother, within the arms of Mary and Joseph, in each eternal now. His filial love at Calvary has merited the descent of the "Living Flame of Love" (Spirit): to renew in us His two descents (at Jesus' Incarnation and Baptism) so as to ascend with new christs, new children of the Father.
