Breaking the Mold is about pastors and their unique calling to Shepard the people of God. Often, both pastors and their staff along with their congregations have pre-conceived ideas of what a pastor's ministry should look like. The reality is there are at least five different ministry gifts that are pastoring in churches today. That reality results in most pastors feeling that they do not fit the mold of a true pastor. Frustration and even the loss of ones ministry can result. Breaking the Mold sets pastors and their congregations free to be who and what God made them to be and releases them from the bondage of unrealistic expectations.
