Dr. William D. Sroufe is a division superintendent in the Commonwealth of Virginia. His first book Words from a Journal (2014) sought to iron out a transition from his childhood to adulthood. His sophomore book contemplates love being eternal in every living being. Sroufe seeks to identify love in every aspect of the day, how his dreams play a part and most importantly recognizing love as the most important power in the universe.
