In the second instalment of Ch0n's chronicles, we follow Ch0n's development away from his space capsule, as well as that of the Arw'an tribes and the Knight, Jez. Despite winning the war and the peace, there is no rest for Ch0n and his army. A passing ship tries to capture Ch0n and take him back to Earth. He evades capture and in doing so, finds himself with four reluctant castaways who will have to adapt to life on Arw'an or die at the hands of a ruthless and non-trusting Karin. As part of their exploratory expeditions, Ch0n and Karin discover some ruins and caverns where it appears there has been some form of past occupation by other aliens and their investigations lead them to the discovery of a fierce maritime people, The Ename on the other side of the sea. They make contact with them but their attempt at peaceful negotiation is thwarted by treachery and betrayal of trust leading to a series of skirmishes. On meeting Karin, the High Priest, Verge reveals an Ename prophecy whereby the Ever Queen, a direct descendant of the 'Sky People' would one day be re-incarnated to rule over the Ename. Ch0n appoints him as the royal archaeologist and together, he and Ch0n discover many of the secrets left behind by the 'Sky People' that allow Ch0n to further develop his domination over the known world. Finally, in an attempt to create a lasting peace, Ch0n and Karin resort to seizing the throne of the Ename in a fiery confrontation with disastrous consequences for all concerned
