ROYALTY IN TRAININGTHE GREAT COMMISSIONRoyalty in Training incorporates the two parts of the Great Commission given by Christ to the church. The First Command-Preach the Gospel The first command is to preach the gospel: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned."Part 1, the abridged version of The Gospel of the Grace of God, serves as the foundation to the Royalty in Training. The Second Command-Make Disciples The second aspect of the Great Commission is based on His authority to do so: "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth."Based on His authority to do so, He commands His apostles to make disciples of those who have believed the gospel: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."The agenda the Lord gave His disciples is to preach The Gospel of the Grace of God and then follow up with training those that receive the gospel, those born of God, born from above, born again. A Goal Oriented Approach Part 2 of the Royalty in Training incorporates blocks of learning and is a goal-oriented approach to those in Christ toward God's ultimate purpose and goal in redemption."A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher."The destiny of the Church is to be the eternal companion of the Son, the King of kings, and to rule and reign with Him and share His glory¬¬ "He has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father." The Church (individually and collectively), therefore, is 'royalty' and 'in training' for the throne with a sense of destiny-NOW!
