'Children Everywhere' Book 1 is the world's first institutional childcare manual. It gives practical information about the elements of care that are needed to provide good care in a children's home or orphanage. The second part of the book gives information about child development and basic child psychology, including advice on effective use of rules and discipline. The third part of the book gives advice on how to effectively set up and run a children's home. Including a look at different kinds of set ups, how to deal with staff, essential elements of good management and dealing with day-to-day issues. The aim of the Manual is to improve the survival rate and quality of life of children in childcare institutions all over the world.
