Without the ability to compass the content application becomes difficult. Further, too many people labor under the mistaken notion that the Old Testament is no longer relevant. In reality, it is impossible to truly understand and apply the New Testament correctly without a working knowledge of the Old Testament. Every believer can be an active student of the Old Testament.
