Rules. We live by them. Hundreds of rules. We were told some of them by our parents. "Don't touch the stove!" . . . "Say 'Thank you' when someone gives you something." . . . "Wash your hands before you eat." Some rules we learn by ourselves. "I get crabby if I don't eat." . . . "I get punished when I bite my sister" . . . "It is easier to get what I want if I am quiet and polite." But there are some rules that never occur us. And if we were to learn and follow them, our lives would be better. We might have a better understanding of the world, or we might have an easier time of things. That is what this blog is all about. To bring to your attention things that you might not have understood about yourself, your behavior, or your world. Come along, and I'll tell you some of the things that I've learned.
