Marc Notes: Gotham City has been overrun by craziness, and the power is out at Gotham Academy! There's a mob of Jokerized madmen in Gotham City, and they're determined to spread the virus into the world beyond ... but they're gonna have to get past Batgirl first! What do Batman's villains do on the craziest night in Gotham City? The city is overrun by Jokerized victims, but a small band of teenagers unites to take a stand. Biographical Note: James Tynion IV started in the comics business assisting Scott Snyder in writing backup stories for Snyder's groundbreaking New 52 BATMAN series. Tynion soon began writing TALON a series that spun out of the hugely popular Batman: The Court of Owl storyline. Currently, Tynion writes TALON and RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS. Review Citations:

Contributor Bio:  Snyder, Scott Scott Snyder is a program officer in the Research and Studies Program of the United States Institute of Peace, where he has organized a working group on U. S. policy toward North Korea since 1994. Author of numerous articles, he has been an Abe fellow and a staff member at the Asia Society. Contributor Bio:  Nguyen, Dustin Dustin Nguyen is an American comic artist whose body of work includes Wildcats v3.0, The Authority Revolution, Batman, Superman/Batman, Detective Comics, Batgirl, and his creator owned project Manifest Eternity. Currently, he produces all the art for Batman: Lil Gotham, which is alsowritten by himself and Derek Fridolfs. Outside of comics, Dustin moonlights as a conceptual artist for toys, games, and animation. In his spare time, he enjoys sleeping, driving, and sketching things he loves.
