Overcome by so much grief in her young life, Susan Taylor Smith chose to handle them by trying to understand her psychic abilities that she inherited from her great grand mom who was known as a voodoo worshiper. Susan recounts how she and her two siblings were raised in a Southern household whose parents left them to be cared for by their grandmom. Being an opinionated lady, her grand mom found created ways to care for and love them in to young Southern genteelly ladies. Susan's association with her church helped her to become very creative in sharing her thoughts unknowingly out loud to her maker and to her car which she so proudly named Betsy.
