You will find that I have purposely written this book with a positive inclination on emphasizing the facts. At times they may seem to have emanated from me. Not so. I have merely picked up the bits and pieces while speaking with Jerry, and from the written events on scrap pieces of paper, which otherwise would have fallen into the waste paper basket, never to be recorded. I can assure you that this information came from Jerry¿s spiritual heart and mind. I just placed it where it belongs. Now it is up to the reader to put this knowledge to work in his life. I sat with Jerry just to go over some of the incidents which he so vividly recalled. When his heart spoke, I listened. I had heard Jerry speak about these incidents before, but somehow, now they sounded different. I then realized that there was no other person who would have the patience and ability to place all the information in book form. This is where the Holy Spirit had to come and do the leading. You will find that some of the facts mentioned, together with Jerry¿s personal experiences sound as if he is actually writing them. I have tried to give you this impression on purpose. It is a small way for me to give Jerry the credit to what I am writing. For years I have labored in God¿s service, always with Jerry. Now I am being singled out to carry on a work which he is not able to do. However, I know that God is with me and His Holy Spirit will lead me. I feel honored, but humble in doing this service unto God. This is for conducting a better spiritual life and to prepare for eternal life with God in heaven. All glory to God. Jerry wants all glory, praise, and honor to go to God our Father. He calls it a privilege just to be in God¿s service.
