On his way to L. A. Jim Stark ran out of gas and money. Needing help he enters the town of Little City to search for a friend he knew from the war days. Who would know that would be the last of his problems. In a short period of time he would be accused of murder. To obtain his innocence Jim must search for reasons why he is accused. As time goes by a variety of skeletons are opened in the closet. Intrigue and romance come Jim''s way as he searches for the answers. The suspense grows as Jim puts an end to Mayor Bronston''s corrupt Kingdom which needless to say proves his innocence.
