With my own personal decision to have a Transplant done, I hope my story will encourage the many people in need of transplants to make the decision to want to live a longer life, and decide for the Transplant. This book also talks about how hard this decision was to make, and even though you look to your family, friends, and your doctor for their opinions, the ultimate decision is yours alone to make. I added things about myself from the past, so you could get a better understanding of who I am. I had always thought that they did transplants as a last resort but the rest of your body has to be in good physical condition, depending on the transplant. You are also faced with so many emotions knowing that someone else had to die to give you a second chance at life. People are always telling you that the person would have died anyway, but that does not make it any easier on you. I started this book just to keep myself occupied while I waited for the transplant, but there was so much I found out, I really believe this book will touch your heart.
