Lyricality is more than just a compilation of words arranged just so in order to create a rhythm that uses similar-sounding words to end particular lines. It is a window into the human mind as it processes events through the filter of that particularly difficult ephemeral entity we call emotion. From the beginning, the reader is invited to actively participate with each piece, weaving his or her own story from the fabric of their own. Such concepts as amusement, despair, love, hope, faith, and heartache are not merely mentioned - they are explored so that, by the end, the reader will go beyond the book and explore his or her own life as an active participant.
