They are resonant frequencies that tell us we are not alone with thoughts and feelings we may have hidden in shame and give us the courage to allow our True Selves out into daylight. I have divided this volume into six sections, each outlining a different phase of growth, struggle and emergence; with the intention that many will recognize and retrieve pieces of themselves within.
