It is written with the intention of promoting the working-class citizens and providing them with the prosperity entitled to members of a truly democratic form of government, not the plutocracy we have been given by the big business investors and their affiliated politicians. It affords a procedure to get the money out of politics and use it to promote the general welfare per our Constitution.
