Our story starts at what Jonathon sees as his last chance for absolution, in 1973 in a church in Boston that is known for the many miracles that have occurred within its walls. Atlas, that attempt at absolution fails. Thirty years later, he has new hope after a chance encounter with black sand from Hawaii. He is compelled to travel to Hawaii to seek his absolution. Jonathan's arrival upsets the delicate balance of three covens hidden on the island. He finds a passion for a curious woman that he can't quite categorize. Jonathan uncovers a hidden history of the island and faces trouble from long dead spirits that seem intent on stopping his quest. Finally he is faced with a choice, absolution can be his but the price is the soul of the mysterious woman that has touched his heart. Absolution is a driving story about a very different vampire and the long history of the hidden covens of Hawaii. Contributor Bio:  March, Don Five years ago I went to a convention in Hawaii, stepping off the plane I realized that I belonged on the Islands. I have been back to the islands and I have realized that writing about the Hawaiian Islands is my best path to the Islands and if I cannot be on the islands I want to write about them. In my quest to live on the islands I have talked to several transplants and found a similarity in the stories of these transplants and their quest to be "on the beach." My book series is called On the Beach, the series tells some of the tales of these transplants and their love affair with the Island. All the books revolve around Hawaii and each book centers on a different one of Hawaii's many beaches.
