Possessed by a demon and forced out of his homeland, ex-demon slayer Grim has finally found a place to call home with his wife and daughter. While on a trip to a nearby town his daughter is taken from him and he is forced to call upon the evil inside of him to track down the one responsible. While fighting to remain in control of his own mind Grim is joined by new and old friends alike to find her. They soon find themselves racing against the clock to find her before she is sacrificed to revive an ancient evil, and before Grim is consumed by his inner demon. All the while an organization wrapped in shadow watches their progress waiting for the right moment to approach them.
