Akash suffers from chronic depression and anxiety attacks attributed to a tragedy that occurred when he was just seven years old. He and his father were on a hiking trip in the Himalayan Mountains in India when his father lost his balance and fell to his death right in front of Akash?s eyes. Dr. Joshi, who is under investigation by the American Medical Board for her controversial methods, reluctantly accepts Akash as her new patient after repeated pleas from his wife, Aarti. After several intense and stressful therapy sessions, Dr. Joshi recommends that the whole family take some time off and visit the place of the accident in India. The journey back to India turns turbulent and tragic. Akash must take control of a difficult situation to save his family and fellow passengers.
