In this critical time (fall of 2013) with sequester, government shutdown and the debt limit controversy the nation has lost faith in their government. The failure of government was recognized early on by Tom Hopper through active involvement and years of studying the governmental process. This is the second book in the USGOV. FIX series and deals with specific recommendations for fixing government. This book deals with the most critical needs for rebuilding. First are the institutional fixes, Legislative, Executive, Judiciary and the corollary political process. Next is the economy in which a new and challenging recommendation is made. The need for FIXES is critical, citizens must take steps to rebuild our great Republic.
