The Cold Glass Star John Alexander Scott 1. utgave

A brand new first novel set in Roseburn - a small isolated town in the Highlands of Scotland. Thirty-something Andrew Armstrong, known as Ae, lives alone in a flat on Main Street. Made redundant and left by his girlfriend, he retreats into music, alcohol, ranting, painting badly and walking his neighbour's dog. A blackly comic odyssey, the story tracks one man's confidence being rebuilt, while his dogged inquisitiveness leads him on a journey, from witnessing an assault in a snowstorm to combating a drugs gang and finally uncovering a local family's sinister and tragic secret.
