Deniese Dillon, Co-founder and Executive Director Emeritus of Dillon International, Inc., leads us through forty plus years of work in international adoption and humanitarian aid in several countries. She challenges all of us to put aside prideful differences, unnecessary paperwork, and redundant regulations that keep children from having a permanent loving family. She charges us as social work professionals, government officials, community and global leaders to act in the best interest of all vulnerable waiting children.
