I express this truth in the book but you will not find male bashing in this book. You will discover the power of true forgiveness and how vital it is to enhance your healing. You will be refreshed as you read and embark on your personal healing journey. There are sections for the reader to journal fears they want to face and conquer them. I write about being protected from abuse, that the abuser is not a friend (never be lured back to an abusive relationship for your physical safety and emotional tranquility). I write about being alone and the valuable power of alone time. That topic is called "Alone at last" I express the joy, strength and self validation that came to me during this time.
