Eleth received her cosmetology license from the Washington D. C. Beauty Academy and has received specialized certifications from Dudley's Beauty School and Vidal Sassoon. Eleth's philosophy for success involves developing a servant's heart. She wholeheartedly believes that long-term success in cosmetology is 20 percent styling and 80 percent service. Though she is a gifted stylist, Eleth attributes much of her ability to attract and maintain clientele to serving customers to the point of delight. In fact, word of mouth has been Eleth's sole form of marketing. Eleth has been in Florida for more than 20 years and approximately 80 percent of her current clients have been with her for at least 10 years. Additionally, Eleth has personally mentored more than 24 young ladies in an internship program, helping them to develop leadership qualities and a servant's heart so that they thrive in the cosmetology industry.
